Specific measures include building innovation incubators, establishing quality testing centers, and hosting international industry events.

黄埔区已形成完整的美妆产业链,集聚了宝洁、安利、丸美、环亚等国内外知名企业。2023年规模以上化妆品企业年均产值超300亿元,居全市前列。

Huangpu District has formed a complete cosmetics industrial chain, gathering renowned enterprises like P&G, Amway, Marubi, and Uniasia. In 2023, the average annual output value of large-scale cosmetics enterprises exceeded 30 billion yuan, ranking among the top in the city.

截至目前,黄埔区已有11家企业备案12款化妆品新原料,31款产品获评"粤妆甄品",获评数量连续三年全省第一。

To date, 11 enterprises in Huangpu District have registered 12 new cosmetic ingredients, with 31 products awarded as "Guangdong Premium Cosmetics", ranking first in the province for three consecutive years.
