近来,服装企业出现"抱团出海"的热潮。记者留意到,广州超级独角兽SHEIN日前收购美国品牌管理公司Sparc集团三分之一股权,引发服装业内热议。
Recently, there has been a wave of "group overseas expansion" among apparel enterprises. Our reporter noted that Guangzhou's super unicorn SHEIN recently acquired one-third of the shares of American brand management company Sparc Group, sparking heated discussions in the apparel industry.
据了解,Sparc集团拥有Forever 21和Brooks Brothers等知名品牌,SHEIN作为广州跨境电商的龙头企业完成了收购,也意味着其正带领服装产业走进全球化的新阶段。
It is understood that Sparc Group owns well-known brands such as Forever 21 and Brooks Brothers. SHEIN, as a leading cross-border e-commerce company in Guangzhou, has completed this acquisition, marking its leadership in ushering the apparel industry into a new phase of globalization.

这新阶段背后,是服装供应链模式数字化的成功转型。据统计,今年上半年,我国跨境电商进出口总额1.1万亿元,同比增长16%。

广东省服装服饰行业协会秘书长陈韶通告诉记者:"服装作为传统行业,它的痛点在于复杂的供应链很难甚至无法被标准化。但出海热催生了解决痛点的方案,目前正在产业各端口迅速成长"。
Chen Shaotong, Secretary-General of Guangdong Garment Association, told our reporter: "As a traditional industry, apparel's pain point lies in its complex supply chain that's difficult or even impossible to standardize. But the overseas expansion boom has spawned solutions to these pain points, which are now rapidly developing across all industry segments."
位于广州番禺的腾隆服装,在接入数字化的生产管理系统后,企业扭亏为盈。负责人孟强表示:"以前每天都要跑车间盯现场,现在通过数字化系统,即便不在工厂也能保证生产品质、及时出货。"
Tenglong Garments in Guangzhou's Panyu district turned losses into profits after implementing a digital production management system. Manager Meng Qiang stated: "Previously we had to monitor workshops daily, but now through digital systems, we can ensure production quality and timely delivery even when not physically present at the factory."

以SHEIN为例,其柔性供应链模式对所有SKU都能从非常小的订单开始,如果销售趋势好立刻返单,不达预期则中止生产,而业内传统惯例的起订数是上万。
Taking SHEIN as an example, its flexible supply chain model allows starting production with very small orders for all SKUs. If sales trends are positive, orders are immediately replenished; if expectations aren't met, production is halted - whereas the industry's traditional minimum order quantity is typically in the tens of thousands.
广州市社会科学院现代产业研究所副研究员陈峰分析称:"数字技术作为当今社会发展的重要引擎,正在深刻改变传统产业的格局与运营方式。"
Chen Feng, associate researcher at Guangzhou Academy of Social Sciences' Modern Industry Research Institute, analyzed: "As an important engine for today's social development, digital technology is profoundly changing the landscape and operational methods of traditional industries."
