Inner Mongolia's Tetrahydrofuran Makes First Export to South Korea - Wuhai's Degradable Materials Enter Global Market

【北方海南讯】近日，内蒙古美邦中科新材料有限公司首批14.4吨四氢呋喃产品经海关检验合格后成功出口韩国，实现了乌海市这一可降解材料产品的首次海外销售。

[Northern Hainan News] Recently, Inner Mongolia Meibang Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully exported its first batch of 14.4 tons of tetrahydrofuran to South Korea after passing customs inspection, marking the first overseas sale of this degradable material product from Wuhai City.

四氢呋喃（THF）作为重要的有机合成原料，具有"万能溶剂"美誉，能溶解绝大多数有机化合物，广泛应用于树脂合成、涂料、医药等领域。同时，它还是生产氨纶的重要基础原料。

Tetrahydrofuran (THF), known as the "universal solvent", is a crucial organic synthetic material that can dissolve most organic compounds. It's widely used in resin synthesis, coatings, pharmaceuticals and other fields, and serves as a key raw material for spandex production.

美邦中科项目经理赵峰表示："我们8月刚进入试生产阶段，短短3个月就实现出口突破。项目利用BDO生产副产物制备高品质THF，实现了资源循环利用，为乌海市BDO产业链绿色发展提供了有力支持。"

Project manager Zhao Feng stated: "We just started trial production in August and achieved export breakthrough within 3 months. The project produces high-quality THF using BDO by-products, realizing resource recycling and providing strong support for the green development of Wuhai's BDO industry chain."

未来发展：海南区将继续强化"项目为王"理念，加大招商引资力度，推动产业转型升级，以项目建设加速度积蓄高质量发展新动能。
