This improves the developer experience when committing code by providing clearer feedback and better error diagnostics. - Add real-time progress indicators ([1/8], [2/8], etc.) - Implement visual feedback for each check - Add comprehensive error/warning summary at the end - Improve error messages with actionable fix suggestions - Check tool availability before running validations Change-Id: I076b631799d74b9914b8ed3212e428714ba8fcd3
