Basically, besides
@webiny/adminand@webiny/website, we also want to do the same with@webiny/api. But, in order to do that, we have to first rename existing@webiny/apipackage to@webiny/api-core.That way we can free up the
@webiny/apipackage name. Once this is done, in the upcoming PR, we will make a copy of the@webiny/api-serverless-cmspackage and name it@webiny/api.
