Add the Fission Starter Kit

The Fission starter kit has been updated to reflect the new laravel new --using changes and can be added as a community package.

So, the weird thing is that I'm not able to get this running unless I have a pro account. I get the error message that says: Unable to locate a class or view for component [flux::card].

It's weird that the Card component would be a Pro component: https://fluxui.dev/components/card, It actually shouldn't be that bad to switch out. Would you mind doing that and then letting me know and I can merge this in.

I want to collect a list of some of the best community submitted starter kits and this one is definitely going to be on that list 😉

Yeah I debated if this would be a good addition to this repo since I do use the Toast component quite a bit too which is also a pro one. But perhaps I can play around with having that one added only if you have a pro account so that way it can be useful for more folks.

Ok, that would be great. You could also reach out to Caleb and ask if he could make the Card non-pro. He was asking if I used the toast component in the starter kits, and he said if so, he was going to make it free, but since I did not, he made it only available in Pro 🤪
