Please describe the issue of the pull request and the changes

Changes:

• Deleted repeat files from app/src/left.
• Deleted unused MUI x-data-grid devdependency from package.json.
• Cleaned up leftover commented-out code in app/src/left.
• Added some color styling to theme.ts to enforce more of the blue theme.
• Changed the styling of the menu for add modules.
• Added headers to the menus for add modules / create components.
• Fixed error message that was continuing to show even after a correct HTML tag had been entered.
• Changed the styling of the three dot menu to prevent squishing of icons on top of text in narrower windows.
• Increased z-index to the three-dot menu popover to prevent its overlap with the trash/zoom icons.
• Changed the live chat room font colors to match orange theme.
