This PR fixes the distributable build in
dist/.The PR updates webpack config to webpack5 format and renames the output file from
index-browser.min.jstoorbit-db-identity-provider.min.js.The PR also updates package.json to latest mocha and mocha-headless-chrome to be able to run the browser tests and includes couple of clean ups.
