Envelope-for-Firebird is actually a fork of Firebird project. Envelope-for-Firebird team is not related with Firebird team.

Envelope-for-Firebird is an extremely thin wrapper around https://firebirdsql.org/ that uses the Firebird license https://firebirdsql.org/en/licensing/. The firebird project, included as an unofficial submodule (./native folder), has its copyright and license holders kept as is.
