This PR pins a couple of depedencies in order to avoid import errors due to interface changes in those dependencies (they're mostly, dependencies of dependencies)
MarkupSafe<=2.0.1, above that version the following happens during the tests -> (ImportError: cannot import name 'soft_unicode' from 'markupsafe' pallets/jinja#1585)wsproto<=1.0.01, couldn't find a relevant issue but in 1.0.1 they dofrom h1._headers import Headers as ...andHeaderswas renamed in version 0.11.0. The project was installing h11 version 0.9.0 I believe.
