Codegen was failing on the incorrect type of 'required' property. Fixed it so the codegen can complete successfully

Hello! The change in definitions/topics/private-messages.yml fixes Issue #2 . The client codegen completes successfully now. However the generated java client does not compile since there are a few type definitions missing. I have attempted to add a couple that I found were easy to figure out from my vanalla setup of discourse.
