i implemented until cis 17.2.4 for windows 2012 r2 and win 2016
i used the 2 documents from CIS

CIS Microsoft Windows Server 2016 RTM (Release 1607) Benchmark v1.1.0 - 10-31-2018
The CIS Windows 2019 Benchmark is not released
also we need to clean the following recipes:
