Tested by running
This feature add the possibility to save and restore breakpoints. The feature is silent. It works saving breakpoints on cookies. Cookies are attached to the name of the program. This mean that if we switch to another program an we go back the old program breakpoint will be restored. (The last 2 commits probably can be cherry picked to be pulled on master). Testing will be done on my branch because need puppeter
