Setting your profile to private

A private profile displays only limited information, and hides some activity.

Changing your profile's privacy settings

In the upper-right corner of any page on GitHub, click your profile picture, then click Settings.
Navigate to the "Public profile" section, and scroll down to "Contributions & Activity"
Select the checkbox next to Make profile private and hide activity.
Click Update preferences.
