Now, in the coming years, I think JavaScript will still be used more than Typescript when quantity is a measure. Beginners find it easier to learn JS instead of TS (unless you come from a typed background with strong foundations about generics and stuff). Besides, it all boils down to JS in the end. Typescript, in my opinion, is a power up for JavaScript and not here to replace it.
Now, in the coming years, I think JavaScript will still be used more than Typescript when quantity is a measure.
Beginners find it easier to learn JS instead of TS (unless you come from a typed background with strong foundations about generics and stuff).
Besides, it all boils down to JS in the end.
