How to restart PostgreSQL with PgBouncer assist

This is step that I use for restarting postgresql.
Note:
Please do this on development only

pgbouncer> KILL dbname; 

Restart postgresql

$ sudo systemctl restart postgresql-12 

Resume dbname from pgbouncer

pgbouncer> RESUME dbname;
