四川外贸前8月突破6000亿元："新三样"出口激增61% 民营企业成主力

• 8月单月进出口755.5亿元，环比增长9.2%
• 民营企业进出口2723.6亿元，同比增长26.6%
• 对"一带一路"国家进出口2548亿元，占比42.3%
• "新三样"产品（电动汽车、太阳能电池、锂电池）出口109.5亿元，增长61.3%
Key Data Highlights:
• August monthly import-export reached 75.55 billion yuan, up 9.2% month-on-month
• Private enterprises achieved 272.36 billion yuan in trade, up 26.6% year-on-year
• Trade with Belt & Road countries totaled 254.8 billion yuan, accounting for 42.3%
• Exports of "new three" products (EVs, solar cells, lithium batteries) surged 61.3% to 10.95 billion yuan
成都海关分析指出，民营企业已成为四川外贸增长的核心引擎，贡献了全省45.2%的外贸额，增速领先所有贸易主体。一般贸易方式占比提升至39.9%，市场采购和对外承包工程等新业态均保持30%以上的高速增长。
Chengdu Customs analysis shows that private enterprises have become the core engine of Sichuan's foreign trade growth, contributing 45.2% of the province's total with leading growth rate among all trade entities. General trade proportion increased to 39.9%, while new business forms like market procurement and overseas project contracting maintained over 30% growth.
市场多元化成效显著：
四川企业积极开拓新兴市场，对非洲进出口增长21.3%，对新加入金砖国家的沙特（+38.7%）、埃及（+29%）、阿联酋（+4.7%）贸易均实现增长。
Notable Market Diversification:
Sichuan enterprises actively explored emerging markets, achieving 21.3% growth in Africa trade and increased trade with new BRICS members including Saudi Arabia (+38.7%), Egypt (+29%), and UAE (+4.7%).
绿色产业表现亮眼：
除"新三样"外，氢氧化锂出口增长1.1倍，锂镍钴锰氧化物出口增长28.5%。进口方面，锂矿石进口增长131%，煤炭进口增长49.6%。
Outstanding Green Industry Performance:
Beyond the "new three", lithium hydroxide exports doubled while lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide exports grew 28.5%. On import side, lithium ore imports surged 131% and coal imports rose 49.6%.
消费品进口呈现强劲复苏态势，7-8月连续两月增速超70%，其中乘用车进口增长79.9%，食用油增长36.3%。
Consumer goods imports showed strong recovery with over 70% growth for two consecutive months (July-August), including 79.9% increase in passenger vehicle imports and 36.3% growth in edible oil imports.
