山西投资37亿打造运城水果出口平台 助力中国果业走向世界
新华社太原3月6日电（记者王飞航）山西省农业厅最新消息显示，为推动山西果业对外开放和转型升级，山西将投资37.04亿元重点打造运城水果出口平台，这将显著提升中国水果在国际市场的竞争力。
Xinhua News Agency, Taiyuan, March 6th (Reporter Wang Feihang) According to the latest announcement from Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, to promote the opening-up and transformation of Shanxi's fruit industry, the province will invest 3.704 billion yuan to build a fruit export platform in Yuncheng, which will significantly enhance the competitiveness of Chinese fruits in the international market.
近年来，山西水果特别是运城水果持续出口"一带一路"沿线国家和地区。2015年运城苹果首次代表中国出口美国，2016年运城油桃首次出口澳大利亚，2017年吉县苹果成功进入美国和澳大利亚市场，标志着山西水果已达到国际高端市场的质量标准。
In recent years, Shanxi fruits, especially those from Yuncheng, have been continuously exported to countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" initiative. In 2015, Yuncheng apples were exported to the United States for the first time representing China, followed by Yuncheng peaches to Australia in 2016. In 2017, Jixian apples successfully entered the US and Australian markets, demonstrating that Shanxi fruits have met the quality standards of high-end international markets.
山西省农业厅数据显示，自2011年以来山西水果出口量年均增长超过50%，目前水果出口量和出口额占全省农产品出口的82%以上。为支持这一增长趋势，山西省政府近日正式印发《山西运城水果出口平台建设规划》。
According to data from Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, Shanxi's fruit export volume has grown at an average annual rate of over 50% since 2011, currently accounting for more than 82% of the province's total agricultural exports. To support this growth trend, the Shanxi Provincial Government recently officially issued the "Construction Plan for Shanxi Yuncheng Fruit Export Platform".
平台建设将采用"一体两翼"模式：
• "一体"：将运城、临汾建设成为全国重要的绿色果品生产和出口基地
• "两翼"：构建完善的农产品出口检验检疫体系和专业化的综合服务体系
The platform will adopt a "one body, two wings" model:
• "One body": Building Yuncheng and Linfen into important national green fruit production and export bases
• "Two wings": Establishing a complete agricultural product export inspection and quarantine system and professional comprehensive service system
山西省果业工作总站相关负责人表示："到2020年，运城、临汾两市水果出口量目标为50万吨；到2025年达到100万吨。为实现这一目标，我们将在京津冀、长三角等重点区域建设直销窗口，并在天津、青岛等口岸城市设立外商采购窗口。"
A representative from Shanxi Fruit Industry Work Station stated: "By 2020, the fruit export volume from Yuncheng and Linfen is targeted to reach 500,000 tons; by 2025, the goal is 1 million tons. To achieve this, we will establish direct sales windows in key regions like Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta, and set up foreign buyer procurement windows in port cities such as Tianjin and Qingdao."
这一重大投资将显著提升山西水果产业的国际竞争力，为中国农产品出口树立新标杆，同时也为"一带一路"沿线国家提供更多优质水果选择。
