广西横州茉莉花借东博会开拓海外市场 打造世界级茉莉花产业中心
南宁9月19日电 - 随着平陆运河的建设推进，广西横州市茉莉花产业正迎来前所未有的发展机遇。在第四届世界茉莉花大会开幕式上，南宁市副市长刘宗晓表示："平陆运河建成后将为茉莉花产品出口带来极大便利，我们将把横州打造成为具有国际影响力的'世界茉莉花都'"。
Nanning, September 19th - With the advancement of the Pinglu Canal construction, Hengzhou's jasmine industry is ushering in unprecedented development opportunities. At the opening ceremony of the 4th World Jasmine Conference, Liu Zongxiao, deputy mayor of Nanning, stated: "The completion of Pinglu Canal will greatly facilitate the export of jasmine products. We will build Hengzhou into an internationally influential 'World Jasmine Capital'".
横州市作为全球最大的茉莉花产业基地，其产量占中国的80%、全球的60%。横州茉莉花茶已成为首批中欧地理标志协定保护产品，并多次作为东博会国宾招待用茶。横州市委书记黄海韬介绍："茉莉花的历史就是一部丝路文明交流史"，得益于当地独特的亚热带气候和富含硒元素的土壤，横州茉莉花以开花早、花期长、香气浓郁著称。
As the world's largest jasmine production base, Hengzhou accounts for 80% of China's and 60% of the world's jasmine output. Hengzhou jasmine tea has become one of the first products protected by the China-EU Geographical Indications Agreement and has been served as state guest tea at multiple CAEXPO events. Huang Haitao, Party secretary of Hengzhou, introduced: "The history of jasmine is a history of Silk Road civilization exchange". Benefiting from the unique subtropical climate and selenium-rich soil, Hengzhou jasmine is famous for its early flowering, long blooming period and rich fragrance.

随着RCEP协定实施，横州市正抓住机遇，深度融入中国—东盟跨境产业融合发展合作区建设。广西农业农村厅副厅长许瑾表示，广西将构建"数字茉莉"平台和茉莉花全球采购中心，推进茉莉花全产业链信息化建设，让横州茉莉花沿着"一带一路"畅销全球。
With the implementation of RCEP, Hengzhou is seizing opportunities to deeply integrate into the China-ASEAN Cross-border Industrial Integration Development Cooperation Zone. Xu Jin, deputy director of Guangxi Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department, said Guangxi will build a "Digital Jasmine" platform and global jasmine procurement center to promote the informatization of the whole jasmine industry chain, helping Hengzhou jasmine products reach global markets along the Belt and Road.
在本次大会上，横州市签约了涉及茉莉新品、新型能源、新型建材等领域的重大项目，总投资额达22.11亿元人民币。尼泊尔驻华使馆经济公使喳宾德拉表示："尼泊尔希望与广西加强茉莉花产业合作，促进两国民众文化交流"。
At the conference, Hengzhou signed major projects involving new jasmine products, new energy and new building materials, with total investment reaching 2.211 billion yuan. Nepalese Embassy Minister for Economic Affairs Chhabindra Parajuli said: "Nepal hopes to strengthen jasmine industry cooperation with Guangxi to promote cultural exchanges between the two peoples".
