之前做过淘宝天猫的运营,虽然没有什么伟大的成绩,但是也积累了不少的经验。在我看来,无论是运营一个网站还是一家店铺,正确的思路都是相通的。

未来跨境电商贸易主体越来越小,跨境交易订单趋于碎片化和小额化。从小额碎片化的贸易来看,海量产品无从选择、物流成本高、通关结汇难等是跨境电商行业的痛点难点,这些成为制约跨境电商发展的重要因素。
In the future, cross-border e-commerce trade entities will become smaller, with orders becoming more fragmented and smaller in value. Challenges such as overwhelming product choices, high logistics costs, and difficulties in customs clearance and settlement are major pain points hindering the growth of cross-border e-commerce.
在我看来,跨境出口电商行业已经出现了外贸分销的服务平台,如Chinabrands、赛兔云仓、M2C供销等,能够解决物流成本高和通关结汇难的痛点,因此选品才是做跨境电商的首要重点。
In my view, cross-border export e-commerce has seen the rise of distribution platforms like Chinabrands, Saitu Cloud Warehouse, and M2C Supply Chain, which address high logistics costs and customs difficulties. Thus, product selection remains the top priority in cross-border e-commerce.
说到选品,可以从两个方面考虑品类,一个是自己有独特资源的品类,另一个是顺应大趋势的品类。今天我主要说的是基于跨境分销平台的选品,跨境分销平台上提供的产品大部分都是红海市场的产品,如电子配件和服饰等,所以我会从大趋势品类里教你如何选品。
When it comes to product selection, consider two aspects: categories with unique resources and those aligned with market trends. Today, I’ll focus on selecting products from cross-border distribution platforms, which mostly offer red-ocean market products like electronics and apparel. I’ll guide you on how to choose trending products.
方法一、以网站为线索确定热销产品
Method 1: Use Websites to Identify Best-Selling Products
做淘宝的,都会去观察淘宝网搜索框下推荐的关键词,还会查阅淘宝网排行榜的关键词,就会知道现在淘宝上热销的产品是什么了。推及到跨境电商,可以去查看热门的跨境B2C网站的推荐关键词。
Taobao sellers often check recommended keywords under the search bar and rankings to identify trending products. Similarly, for cross-border e-commerce, analyze popular B2C platforms' recommended keywords.
点击速卖通的搜索框就会出现Hot Searches的关键词;查看跨境网站上的一些新品和热销品列表;除此之外,一些站外网站、博客也会整理热销的产品数据,推荐热卖产品,如watched item博客、外贸热品榜等。这些站外资源也能够为你的选品提供参考。
AliExpress displays "Hot Searches" in its search bar. Check new and best-selling product lists on cross-border sites. Additionally, external blogs like "watched item" and "Foreign Trade Hot Products List" compile trending product data, offering valuable insights.
方法二、社交网站的热搜关键词

是不是经常听说别人这样评价淘宝:“万能的淘宝,只有你想不到,没有淘宝提供不了的产品和服务。”当微博、朋友圈热议一些人或物时,淘宝上都能找得到相应的产品。
You’ve probably heard the saying: "Taobao is omnipotent—anything you can imagine, Taobao can provide." When trends emerge on Weibo or WeChat, related products quickly appear on Taobao.
国庆期间,湖南长沙一带的街头盛行头上带着小豆芽发夹行走,无论男女老少都非常喜欢,这一流行热潮占据了微博的热搜排行榜,果不其然,淘宝上出现了卖小豆芽发夹的店铺,而且销量都非常的高。
During National Day, bean sprout hair clips became a viral trend in Changsha, dominating Weibo’s hot searches. Soon, Taobao shops selling these clips emerged with skyrocketing sales.
而对应跨境电商,需要关注的社交媒体无非就是Facebook、Twitter、Pinterest等,Pinterest现在在图片社交网站中是排第一的,所以要是做服饰的,可以关注Pinterest分享的比较多的服饰类型。
For cross-border e-commerce, focus on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest—especially Pinterest for fashion trends, as it’s the leading image-based social platform.
