淘宝出海战略升级:全行业商家可享全球包邮服务

9月24日,淘天集团宣布将"大服饰全球包邮计划"全面升级为"淘宝天猫出海增长计划"。该计划原先仅向服饰类商家开放,现扩展至全行业商家。
On September 24, Taotian Group announced the upgrade of the "Global Free Shipping for Apparel Program" to the "Taobao Tmall Global Growth Program". Originally limited to apparel merchants, the program is now open to businesses across all industries.
该项目由淘宝天猫负责招商,阿里国际则承担海外物流和用户运营工作。平台将为商家提供海外邮费补贴,直接对海外消费者实行包邮政策。
Taobao Tmall will handle merchant recruitment, while Alibaba International will manage overseas logistics and user operations. The platform will provide shipping subsidies to merchants, offering free shipping directly to overseas consumers.
据了解,淘宝于今年7月中旬首次推出"大服饰全球包邮计划",以服饰行业为试点,帮助商家拓展海外市场。经过两个月的试运行,该模式已成功验证。
It is reported that Taobao first launched the "Global Free Shipping for Apparel Program" in mid-July this year, using the apparel industry as a pilot to help merchants expand into overseas markets. After two months of trial operation, this model has been successfully validated.
数据显示:参与商家店铺访问量和订单量显著提升,部分商家单日海外订单销售额同比增长近500倍,有的商家海外交易占比甚至超过50%。
Data shows: Participating merchants have seen significant increases in store visits and order volumes, with some merchants experiencing nearly 500-fold year-on-year growth in daily overseas order sales. For some, overseas transactions now account for over 50% of their business.
升级后的计划将面向美妆母婴、3C数码、运动户外、家居潮玩、小家电等多个行业开放,帮助商家"一键出海"。
The upgraded program will be open to multiple industries including beauty and maternal-child products, 3C digital goods, sports and outdoor equipment, home fashion and toys, and small appliances, helping merchants "go global with one click".
与国内竞争激烈的电商环境相比,出海项目主打"0退货、0退款、0运费险"的优势,为商家提供更稳定的经营环境。
Compared to the highly competitive domestic e-commerce environment, the global expansion program emphasizes the advantages of "zero returns, zero refunds, and zero shipping insurance", providing merchants with a more stable business environment.
