2023年中国外贸逆势增长：出口规模创新高 "新三样"成增长引擎
北京报道 - 尽管面临全球需求疲软和地缘政治不确定性，中国外贸在2023年仍保持增长态势，表现超出预期。海关总署1月12日发布的数据显示，2023年中国进出口总值达41.76万亿元人民币，同比增长0.2%。
Beijing Report - Despite global demand weakness and geopolitical uncertainties, China's foreign trade maintained growth momentum in 2023, performing better than expected. Data released by the General Administration of Customs on January 12 shows China's total import and export value reached 41.76 trillion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 0.2%.
其中，出口23.77万亿元，增长0.6%；进口17.99万亿元，下降0.3%。值得注意的是，进出口规模逐季提升，四季度达到3.81万亿元，创月度历史新高。
Exports totaled 23.77 trillion yuan, up 0.6%, while imports reached 17.99 trillion yuan, down 0.3%. Notably, trade volume increased quarter by quarter, with the fourth quarter hitting a monthly record high of 3.81 trillion yuan.
外贸新亮点："新三样"领跑出口增长
New Highlights: "New Three" Products Lead Export Growth
2023年，电动载人汽车、锂离子蓄电池和太阳能电池这"新三样"产品合计出口1.06万亿元，首次突破万亿大关，增长29.9%。装备制造业出口达13.47万亿元，增长2.8%，占出口总值56.6%。
In 2023, exports of the "new three" products - electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries, and solar cells - totaled 1.06 trillion yuan, breaking the trillion-yuan threshold for the first time with 29.9% growth. Exports of equipment manufacturing reached 13.47 trillion yuan, up 2.8%, accounting for 56.6% of total exports.
中国国际经济交流中心首席研究员张燕生指出："新三样成为出口主要拉动点，下一步应继续发展硬科技，提升国际竞争力。"
Zhang Yansheng, chief researcher at the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, noted: "The 'new three' have become major drivers of export growth. We should continue developing hard technologies to enhance international competitiveness."
跨境电商迅猛发展
Rapid Growth of Cross-border E-commerce
2023年，我国跨境电商进出口2.38万亿元，增长15.6%。其中出口1.83万亿元，增长19.6%。参与跨境电商进口的消费者达1.63亿人。
In 2023, China's cross-border e-commerce import and export volume reached 2.38 trillion yuan, up 15.6%. Exports via cross-border e-commerce totaled 1.83 trillion yuan, growing 19.6%. The number of consumers participating in cross-border e-commerce imports reached 163 million.
海关总署副署长王令浚表示："跨境电商快速发展，实现'买全球、卖全球'，成为外贸发展重要动能。"
Wang Lingjun, Deputy Director of the General Administration of Customs, stated: "The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce enables 'buying globally and selling globally', becoming an important driver of foreign trade growth."
2024年外贸展望

调查显示，超过3/4的企业预计2024年进出口将持平或增长。中国出口国际市场份额预计保持在14%左右的高水平。
Surveys show that more than three-quarters of enterprises expect imports and exports to remain stable or grow in 2024. China's share of global exports is expected to remain at a high level of around 14%.
专家提醒，2024年需警惕贸易摩擦加剧风险，特别是针对电动车和锂电池的贸易调查可能增加。
