According to the latest data from the General Administration of Customs, China's exports maintained double-digit growth in April, with auto exports performing particularly well, increasing by more than 120% year-on-year.
外贸数据亮点 Highights of Foreign Trade Data
前4个月整体表现：
- 进出口总值13.32万亿元人民币，增长5.8%
- 出口7.67万亿元，增长10.6%
- 汽车出口2045.3亿元，增长120.3%
Performance in the first four months:
- Total import and export value: 13.32 trillion yuan, up 5.8%
- Exports: 7.67 trillion yuan, up 10.6%
- Auto exports: 204.53 billion yuan, up 120.3%
专家解读 Expert Analysis
中国世界贸易组织研究会副会长霍建国表示："4月出口继续保持两位数增长，充分反映了我国外贸出口新动能正在形成，韧性不断增强。"
Huo Jianguo, Vice President of the China Society for WTO Studies, said: "The double-digit export growth in April fully reflects the formation of new momentum in China's foreign trade exports and the continuous enhancement of resilience."
东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青指出："汽车出口高位提速，说明制造业转型升级正在塑造出口新动能。我国在新能源汽车领域实现'弯道超车'。"
Wang Qing, Chief Macro Analyst of Oriental Jincheng, pointed out: "The acceleration of auto exports indicates that the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing is shaping new momentum for exports. China has achieved 'overtaking on curves' in the field of new energy vehicles."

Major trading partners:
- Increased imports and exports with ASEAN

霍建国建议："尽管要开拓新兴市场，但也要稳住欧美市场，因为出口到欧美市场的产品附加值较高。"
Huo Jianguo suggested: "While exploring emerging markets, we should also stabilize the European and American markets because the products exported to these markets have higher added value."
未来展望 Future Outlook
专家预计，在机电产品、汽车、光伏、家电等产品的强劲支撑下，5-6月中国出口仍可能保持两位数增长。
Experts predict that with the strong support of mechanical and electrical products, automobiles, photovoltaics, home appliances and other products, China's exports may still maintain double-digit growth in May-June.
