铝材出口订单激增 加工企业全力赶工迎"出海"热潮
（央视财经《正点财经》） 铝箔和铝模板是广泛应用于交通运输、建筑、食品包装等行业的铝材品种。今年以来，我国铝材出口市场十分火热，出口量保持快速增长，相关加工企业开足马力赶订单。
(CCTV Finance "On Time Finance") Aluminum foil and aluminum formwork are widely used in transportation, construction, food packaging and other industries. Since the beginning of this year, China's aluminum export market has been booming, with export volume maintaining rapid growth, and related processing enterprises are working at full capacity to fulfill orders.
杜继兴是江苏江阴一家铝箔生产企业的负责人，他告诉记者，今年企业海外订单增长迅速，食品、医药等行业的铝箔包装订单量均增长10%以上。目前企业的十多条铝箔生产线都是24小时满负荷运转，每天的产能超过200吨，同比增长12.5%。
Du Jixing, head of an aluminum foil production enterprise in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, told reporters that the company's overseas orders have grown rapidly this year, with aluminum foil packaging orders from food, pharmaceutical and other industries increasing by more than 10%. Currently, more than ten aluminum foil production lines of the enterprise are operating at full capacity 24 hours a day, with daily production capacity exceeding 200 tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.5%.
江苏江阴某铝箔加工企业董事长 杜继兴：今年我们整个海外出口，1月至9月的销售量同比增长超过20%，海外销售占总销售额超过六成。所有出口的国家、各个地区，同比都是正增长。
Du Jixing, Chairman of an Aluminum Foil Processing Enterprise in Jiangyin, Jiangsu: This year, our overall overseas exports from January to September increased by more than 20% year-on-year, with overseas sales accounting for more than 60% of total sales. All exporting countries and regions have achieved positive year-on-year growth.
在江西抚州的一家铝模板生产企业，工人们正将一块块铝合金板通过开料、冲孔、焊接等步骤，加工成应用在混凝土工程中的铝合金模板。据工厂负责人介绍，今年来自东南亚、中东、北美等地区的订单明显增长，占到企业总订单量的四分之一。
At an aluminum formwork production enterprise in Fuzhou, Jiangxi, workers are processing aluminum alloy plates into formwork for concrete engineering through cutting, punching, welding and other steps. According to the person in charge of the factory, orders from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North America and other regions have increased significantly this year, accounting for a quarter of the company's total orders.
江西抚州某铝模板生产企业副总经理 吴小明：平均每天发货量大约是10车至12车。九月份整个江西工厂，单厂区发货量是12.3万平方米。到明年1月15日前，我们海外订单大约还有18万平方米，下半年基本满产。
Wu Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager of an Aluminum Formwork Production Enterprise in Fuzhou, Jiangxi: The average daily shipment is about 10 to 12 trucks. In September, the single plant area shipment of the entire Jiangxi factory was 123,000 square meters. Before January 15 next year, we still have about 180,000 square meters of overseas orders, and the second half of the year is basically at full production.
数据显示，今年1月至8月，中国未锻轧铝及铝材累计出口435.2万吨，同比增长15%。其中，铝型材、铝板、铝箔等出口增速均十分亮眼。业内人士表示，未来一段时间铝材出口有望保持高速增长。
Data shows that from January to August this year, China's cumulative exports of unwrought aluminum and aluminum products reached 4.352 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 15%. Among them, the export growth rates of aluminum profiles, aluminum plates, aluminum foil and other products are all very impressive. Industry insiders said that aluminum exports are expected to maintain rapid growth in the future.
