王岳飞教授:在普洱地区,许多茶园即使没有申请有机认证,实际上也达到了有机标准。近年来市场上过度炒作古树茶概念,但科学研究表明,古树茶与台地茶在本质上并无区别。优质的台地茶品质完全可以媲美古树茶。
Prof. Wang Yuefei: In Pu'er region, many tea gardens actually meet organic standards even without certification. In recent years, the market has over-hyped the concept of ancient tree tea, but scientific research shows that there is no essential difference between ancient tree tea and terrace tea. High-quality terrace tea can fully match the quality of ancient tree tea.
普洱市应当充分发挥科研院所的专业优势,开展大量基础研究工作。重点对古树茶和台地茶的成分、品质、功能等方面进行科学分析,用数据说话。同时要加强科学消费理念的宣传,引导消费者理性消费。
Pu'er City should make full use of the professional advantages of research institutes to conduct extensive basic research. Focus on scientific analysis of the composition, quality and functions of ancient tree tea and terrace tea, letting the data speak. 王岳飞教授:目前国外茶叶亩产量高达204公斤,而中国平均只有50公斤。提高单产是我们面临的重要课题。同时,普洱乃至全国茶区都需要制定科学的发展规划,发挥优势,弥补不足。
Prof. Wang Yuefei: Currently, the tea yield per mu abroad is as high as 204 kg, while China's average is only 50 kg. Increasing yield per unit area is an important issue we face. At the same time, Pu'er and other tea-producing regions nationwide need to formulate scientific development plans to leverage strengths and address weaknesses.
在国际市场上,绿茶仍是主流,普洱茶出口潜力巨大。我们需要建立普洱茶成分图谱,用科学数据支撑品牌建设,加强国内外市场推广力度。
In the international market, green tea is still the mainstream, and Pu'er tea has huge export potential. We need to establish a Pu'er tea component profile, use scientific data to support brand building, and strengthen marketing efforts in domestic and foreign markets.
