长沙7月15日电 - 湖南省政府新闻办今日召开新闻发布会，公布了2022年上半年外贸进出口数据，展现强劲增长态势。

Changsha, July 15 - The Hunan Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference today, releasing foreign trade import and export data for the first half of 2022, showing strong growth momentum.

• 进出口总值3255.4亿元，同比增长25.2%
• Total import and export value: 325.54 billion yuan, up 25.2% year-on-year
• 出口2385.9亿元，增长37%
• Exports: 238.59 billion yuan, up 37%
• 进口869.5亿元，增长1.3%
• Imports: 86.95 billion yuan, up 1.3%

全球贸易网络持续扩大

2022年上半年，湖南省与全球227个国家和地区建立了贸易往来（全国贸易伙伴为237个），其中：

In the first half of 2022, Hunan established trade relations with 227 countries and regions worldwide (China's total trade partners: 237), including:

• 对东盟进出口692.7亿元，增长70.7%
• ASEAN: 69.27 billion yuan, up 70.7%
• 对"一带一路"沿线国家进出口1154.5亿元，增长55.2%
• Belt and Road countries: 115.45 billion yuan, up 55.2%
• 对RCEP成员国进出口1080.7亿元，增长36.2%
• RCEP member countries: 108.07 billion yuan, up 36.2%

外贸结构持续优化

Continuous Optimization of Trade Structure

民营企业成为外贸主力军，进出口2646.1亿元，增长37.4%，占比达81.3%。

Private enterprises became the main force of foreign trade, with import and export value reaching 264.61 billion yuan, up 37.4%, accounting for 81.3% of the total.

出口商品中，机电产品和劳动密集型产品增长显著：

Among export products, mechanical and electrical products and labor-intensive products showed significant growth:

• 钢材出口187.3亿元，增长214.4%
• Steel: 18.73 billion yuan, up 214.4%
• 纺织服装174.6亿元，增长63.1%
• Textiles and apparel: 17.46 billion yuan, up 63.1%

RCEP红利显现

RCEP Benefits Materialized

自1月1日RCEP生效以来，湖南4.7亿元进出口货物享受关税优惠，累计减让关税约680万元。

Since the RCEP took effect on January 1, Hunan's 470 million yuan import and export goods have enjoyed tariff preferences, with cumulative tariff reductions of about 6.8 million yuan.

物流通道持续畅通

Smooth Logistics Channels

1-6月，湖南省共发运中欧班列558列，同比增长43.8%，覆盖长沙、衡阳等地。

From January to June, Hunan dispatched 558 China-Europe freight trains, up 43.8% year-on-year, covering Changsha, Hengyang and other places.

长沙海关推动的"铁路进出境快速通关"模式，使企业可就近办理业务，大幅提升通关效率。

The "Railway Cross-border Rapid Customs Clearance" model promoted by Changsha Customs allows enterprises to handle business nearby, greatly improving customs clearance efficiency.
