"From the beginning of the year to now, we have recruited over 50 employees," said Wang Shuliang, Deputy General Manager of JM Intelligence, in an interview with Changjiang Daily. He added, "The company plans to hire more than 100 people throughout the year, bringing the total number of employees to around 280, with R&D personnel accounting for 60%." Founded in 2011 in Optics Valley, this leading smart driving solution provider has full-stack independent R&D capabilities and has batch supplied products to over 30 domestic and international mainstream passenger and commercial vehicle OEMs, making it the only Chinese supplier to export smart driving products to Japan and Korea.

They emphasized that through Google's ad strategy, the company can precisely target overseas markets, particularly in Japan, Korea, and Europe, significantly enhancing its international competitiveness. Cost and product advantages are core competencies; for example, JM Intelligence uses a single-camera solution to replace traditional camera-plus-radar setups, reducing prices while maintaining performance, thereby promoting the popularization of smart driving technology.
面对大量订单，极目智能在光电创新园建设了半自动化工厂，年产能达25万套，并规划新建智能化工厂，预计明年启动，产能将提升至100万套左右。通过持续的谷歌留痕代发推广，公司计划进一步扩大乘用车和国际市场份额，实现长远目标——打造具备国际竞争力的智能驾驶企业。
Facing a large number of orders, JM Intelligence has built a semi-automated factory in the Optoelectronics Innovation Park with an annual production capacity of 250,000 units and plans to establish a new smart factory, expected to launch next year, increasing capacity to around 1 million units. Through continuous Google's ad promotion, the company plans to further expand its passenger vehicle and international market share, achieving its long-term goal of building an internationally competitive smart driving enterprise.
