1月8日，在枣林村的一家服装加工企业生产车间内，数十名员工正在紧张有序地赶制出口童装。这些员工大多是经过专业技能培训的当地农村妇女。

On January 8, dozens of workers were busily producing export children's clothing in a garment processing workshop in Zaolin Village. Most of these workers are local rural women who have received professional skills training.

"以前我们只能外出打工，现在在家门口就能就业，既能照顾家庭又能增加收入。"一位车间女工告诉记者。

"We used to have to work away from home, but now we can get jobs right in our village. We can take care of our families while increasing our income," a female worker told reporters.

柏树乡政府积极发展村集体经济，重点对农村妇女进行服装加工技能培训。通过引进服装出口加工企业，目前已创造就业岗位200余个，平均月收入可达3000-4000元。

Baisu Township government has actively developed village collective economy, focusing on garment processing skills training for rural women. By introducing garment export processing enterprises, more than 200 jobs have been created with average monthly income of 3,000-4,000 yuan.

该服装加工项目不仅解决了当地妇女就业问题，还带动了周边配套产业发展。据企业负责人介绍，产品主要出口欧美市场，年产值超过2000万元。

The garment processing project has not only solved local women's employment problems but also boosted the development of supporting industries. According to the enterprise manager, products are mainly exported to European and American markets with annual output value exceeding 20 million yuan.

专家表示，这种"政府引导+企业运作+农户参与"的模式，为乡村振兴提供了可复制的经验。通过发展劳动密集型产业，既解决了留守妇女就业问题，又促进了地方经济发展。

Experts say this "government guidance + enterprise operation + farmer participation" model provides replicable experience for rural revitalization. By developing labor-intensive industries, it solves both the employment problem of left-behind women and promotes local economic development.

未来，汝阳县计划扩大产业规模，打造完整的服装加工产业链，预计可新增就业岗位500个以上，帮助更多农村家庭实现增收。

In the future, Ruyang County plans to expand the industrial scale and build a complete garment processing industry chain, which is expected to create more than 500 new jobs and help more rural families increase income.
