26岁外贸人转行SOHO创业心路历程:从迷茫到首单突破

在外贸工厂做业务的四年里,我有意识地积累了不少经验,时刻准备着为自己的创业梦铺路。四年时间,说长不长,说短也不短。工作异常忙碌,长期伏案导致我患上颈椎病,为了追赶KPI,我马不停蹄,常常累得喘不过气。
During my four years working in a foreign trade factory, I consciously accumulated valuable experience while paving the way for my entrepreneurial dream. Four years isn't particularly long nor short. The job was extremely demanding - long hours at the desk gave me cervical spondylosis, and the relentless pursuit of KPIs often left me breathless.
01 梦想启航 | The Beginning of a Dream

By the end of 2022, as the pandemic receded, so did those exhausting days. The foreign trade market was brimming with unknown opportunities and challenges, reigniting my entrepreneurial passion. At 26, I was young enough with limited experience - success would mean lasting career and freedom; even failure would add colorful strokes to my life's canvas.

传统外贸的开发周期是非常缓慢的,结合自身的情况,我采取的是先广撒网、多捕鱼的方法。我找了大概300个对口的客户,其中有些是找到精准的采购和老板的联系方式,有些则只有info、sale等公共邮箱。
Traditional foreign trade development cycles are slow. I adopted a "cast wide net" approach, identifying about 300 potential clients - some with direct contacts to purchasers or owners, others only with generic email addresses.
居家SOHO,没有稳定的经济收入一度让我陷入迷茫和焦虑的状态。我意识到我迎来创业的第一个挑战:摇摆不定。

03 柳暗花明,终遇首单 | The First Breakthrough

After breaking information barriers, I analyzed why clients weren't converting and realized a critical oversight: I hadn't established trust.
终于,一个以色列客户在我不断地跟进下,决定下试单。以色列客户想要几款MOQ是100个的产品,并且希望在原产品的基础上做一点改变。
Finally, after persistent follow-ups, an Israeli client agreed to a trial order for 100 pieces with minor modifications - a breakthrough despite my factory's 500-piece MOQ requirement for customization.
