华声在线讯 - 湖南省茶业协会近日组织专家团队对湖南惟楚福瑞达公司进行调研，共同探讨安化黑茶产业升级路径，为实现全省千亿茶产业目标献计献策。

Huasheng Online News - The Hunan Tea Industry Association recently organized an expert team to investigate Hunan Weichu Furida Company, discussing the upgrade path for Anhua dark tea industry and offering suggestions to achieve the province's billion-dollar tea industry goal.

2013年湖南省政府发布的《关于全面推进茶叶产业提质升级的意见》明确提出，到2020年全省茶业综合产值力争实现1000亿元。作为湖南茶业的重要组成部分，安化黑茶预计将贡献三分之一的产值份额。

The "Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Quality Improvement and Upgrade of the Tea Industry" issued by the Hunan Provincial Government in 2013 clearly stated that the province's comprehensive tea output value should strive to reach 100 billion yuan by 2020. As an important part of Hunan's tea industry, Anhua dark tea is expected to contribute one-third of the output value share.

调研中重点考察的惟楚福瑞达公司，是由山东鲁商集团投资的新型股份制企业，专注于黑茶产品的科研、生产和销售。该公司创新性地将现代生物技术与传统黑茶工艺相结合，实现了加工技术的全方位革新。

The key research subject Weichu Furida Company is a new joint-stock enterprise invested by Shandong Lushang Group, focusing on the research, production and sales of dark tea products. The company innovatively combines modern biotechnology with traditional dark tea technology, achieving comprehensive innovation in processing technology.

湖南省农业委员会副巡视员崔国强在调研中指出："实现千亿茶产业目标，需要龙头企业发挥示范引领作用，同时营造全民爱茶、饮茶的良好氛围。"

Cui Guoqiang, deputy inspector of Hunan Provincial Agriculture Committee, pointed out during the investigation: "To achieve the goal of a billion-dollar tea industry, leading enterprises need to play a demonstrative and leading role, while creating a good atmosphere for the whole people to love and drink tea."

省茶业协会荣誉会长曹文成强调，安化黑茶产业升级应遵循"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念，期待安化黑茶成为湖南茶产业升级的标杆。

Cao Wencheng, honorary president of the Provincial Tea Industry Association, emphasized that the upgrading of Anhua dark tea industry should follow the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", and looks forward to Anhua dark tea becoming a benchmark for the upgrading of Hunan's tea industry.

据最新统计数据显示，截至2015年底，湖南省茶园面积已达203万亩，茶叶综合产值580亿元，茶叶出口创汇1.5亿美元，为千亿目标奠定了坚实基础。

According to the latest statistics, by the end of 2015, Hunan's tea garden area had reached 2.03 million mu, with a comprehensive output value of 58 billion yuan and tea export earnings of 150 million US dollars, laying a solid foundation for the billion-dollar goal.
