1. 创新监管方式：取消"出口玩具许可证"注册制度，建立以"合格假定"为核心的出口监管模式，实施"即报即放"，极大地提高了通关便利化水平。

According to statistics, there are currently 85 toy export manufacturers in Huizhou, exporting 18,084 batches of toys last year with a value of $270 million, a year-on-year increase of 10%, sold to 84 countries and regions worldwide; among which exports to the U.S. had the highest value, reaching $82 million, a 15% year-on-year increase.
