When starting a foreign trade store, product positioning is the key to success. Based on years of experience, we've summarized the golden rule of "3 Dos & 6 Don'ts" to help you avoid pitfalls and select quality products.

六不做/Six Don'ts:

1. 不侵权:带品牌、商标或专利的产品一般不做,风险太高

1. No infringement: Avoid products with brands, trademarks or patents due to high risks

2. 不太大:长宽高相加超过1米的产品一般不做,物流成本过高

2. Not too large: Avoid products where the sum of length, width and height exceeds 1 meter due to high logistics costs

3. 不太重:重量(毛重)超过5公斤的产品一般不做(快递外贸)

3. Not too heavy: Avoid products over 5kg (gross weight) for express foreign trade

4. 不难运:食品、药品、易碎易燃品等一般不做

重要提示:利润空间计算应包括【商品采购价+物流成本+支付交易费用+后期服务费】>国外售价,并预留足够空间。
