Xi'an Eurasia University Partners with Google Xi'an Experience Center - What's the Secret Behind It?
近日，西安欧亚学院与谷歌西安体验中心正式签约，成为谷歌西安体验中心"Google AdWords（关键词竞价广告）实践培训基地"。
Recently, Xi'an Eurasia University officially signed an agreement with Google Xi'an Experience Center, becoming the "Google AdWords Practice Training Base" of the center.
在合作前期，该院物流贸易学院课程中心的教师通过调查问卷的形式，对西安近百家跨境进出口企业进行了调查分析，了解了本地跨境企业在国际营销过程中的痛点。
Prior to the cooperation, faculty members from the university's Logistics and Trade College conducted surveys among nearly 100 cross-border import/export enterprises in Xi'an to understand the pain points in international marketing.
例如，当被问到"在哪些方面做出改进会对出口有明显的积极影响"时，有 50%的企业选择愿意增加谷歌广告投放预算；当被问到"对谷歌推广、谷歌产品以及 Facebook（脸书）等 SNS（Social Networking Services，社交网络服务）营销是否感兴趣"时，大部分企业表示非常感兴趣，但缺乏相关人才。
For example, when asked "which improvements would significantly boost exports", 50% of companies chose to increase Google Ads budget; when asked about their interest in Google marketing, Google products and SNS platforms like Facebook, most showed strong interest but lacked qualified personnel.
在实地参观和深度沟通后，该院院长助理兼物流贸易学院院长赵军镜与西安易楚成牛网络科技有限公司总经理王冬青签署了跨境电商人才合作培养协议，同时谷歌西安体验中心授予物流贸易学院"谷歌 AdWords 实践培训基地"的称号。
After on-site visits and in-depth discussions, Zhao Junjing, Assistant President and Dean of Logistics and Trade College, signed the cross-border e-commerce talent training agreement with Wang Dongqing, General Manager of Xi'an Yichuchengniu Network Technology Co., Ltd., while Google Xi'an Experience Center awarded the college the title of "Google AdWords Practice Training Base".
此次签约实现了多个"第一"：西北地区第一家签约谷歌西安体验中心的高校；第一家以谷歌 AdWords 知识为主进行系统培训的高校；第一家以 FACEBOOK 等主流跨境社交平台为主进行培训的高校；第一家为本土进出口企业批量提供跨境人才的高校。
This cooperation achieved several "firsts": the first university in Northwest China to partner with Google Xi'an Experience Center; the first to provide systematic Google AdWords training; the first to focus on mainstream cross-border social platforms like Facebook; and the first to mass-produce cross-border talents for local import/export enterprises.
在签约仪式上，赵军镜表示，欧亚学院的办学模式灵活，地方性、应用型的发展定位可为创新创业人才培养提供良好的平台，希望校企双方共同努力，培养更多与国际接轨的优秀人才，为产业发展作出更大贡献。
At the signing ceremony, Zhao Junjing stated that Eurasia University's flexible education model and applied development orientation provide an excellent platform for cultivating innovative talents, hoping both parties could jointly nurture more internationally-competitive talents to contribute to industrial development.
Google Adwords 西安体验中心负责人王冬青表示，愿与校方共同努力，联合培养具有国际化视野、适应国际化市场发展需求的跨境电商人才队伍。
Wang Dongqing, head of Google AdWords Xi'an Experience Center, expressed willingness to work with the university to jointly cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents with global vision who can meet international market demands.
