中国外贸半年报：进出口规模创新高 稳中提质显韧性
新华社北京7月13日电 - 中国海关总署最新数据显示，2023年上半年中国外贸进出口总值首次突破20万亿元大关，同比增长2.1%，在全球贸易低迷背景下实现逆势增长。
Xinhua News, Beijing, July 13 - According to the latest data from China's General Administration of Customs, China's total import and export value exceeded 20 trillion yuan for the first time in the first half of 2023, achieving a year-on-year growth of 2.1% against the backdrop of global trade downturn.
历史性突破：规模与质量双提升
Historic Breakthrough: Growth in Both Scale and Quality
海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示："这是一个具有里程碑意义的新突破。"上半年外贸同比增加4000多亿元，相当于中国去年一年出口300多万辆汽车的总值。
Lv Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis at the General Administration of Customs, stated: "This is a milestone breakthrough." The year-on-year increase of over 400 billion yuan in foreign trade in the first half is equivalent to the total value of China's export of more than 3 million cars last year.
值得注意的是，二季度进出口呈现量价齐升态势：进口数量增加5.9%，出口数量增加2%，表明增长基础坚实。
Notably, the second quarter showed growth in both volume and value: import volume increased by 5.9%, export volume increased by 2%, indicating a solid foundation for growth.

1. 主体活力增强：有进出口实绩企业达54万家，增长6.9%

面对全球经济复苏乏力等挑战，中国政府推出包括《关于推动外贸稳规模优结构的意见》在内的一系列稳外贸政策，海关总署推出16条优化营商环境新举措。
Facing challenges such as weak global economic recovery, the Chinese government has introduced a series of policies including the "Opinions on Promoting Stable Scale and Optimized Structure of Foreign Trade", with the Customs Administration launching 16 new measures to optimize the business environment.
