2023年中国外贸实现正增长 "新三样"出口突破万亿大关
北京1月12日电 - 海关总署数据显示，2023年中国进出口总值达41.76万亿元人民币，同比增长0.2%。其中出口23.77万亿元，增长0.6%；进口17.99万亿元，下降0.3%。
"Despite challenges, China's foreign trade has achieved hard-won results with stable growth in scale and improved quality," said Wang Lingjun, Vice Minister of the General Administration of Customs.
主要亮点：
• 四季度进出口逐月增长(0.8%/1.3%/2.8%)
• 12月单月进出口3.81万亿元创历史新高
• 民营企业占比达53.5%，连续5年保持第一大外贸主体地位
• 自主品牌出口中66.4%来自民营企业

2023年，中国电动载人汽车、锂离子蓄电池和太阳能电池合计出口1.06万亿元，首次突破万亿元大关，增长29.9%。
"This represents a shift from 'Made in China' to 'Created in China'," noted Lv Daliang, spokesperson of the General Administration of Customs.
汽车出口表现：
• 2023年汽车出口522.1万辆，同比增57.4%
• 每出口3辆汽车就有1辆是新能源汽车
• 新能源汽车出口177.3万辆，增长67.1%
Automobile Export Performance:
• 5.22 million vehicles exported in 2023 (+57.4% YoY)
• 1 in 3 exported vehicles is new energy
• 1.77 million NEVs exported (+67.1% YoY)

2024 Outlook
尽管面临外部环境复杂性上升等挑战，但中国经济长期向好的基本面没有改变。随着政策效应逐步显现，外贸新动能将加快培育。
"We expect continued consolidation of foreign trade fundamentals and further improvement in quality and efficiency," Wang concluded.
