横州茉莉花:从中国茉莉之乡到世界级产业中心的崛起之路
横州市位于中国南部广西壮族自治区,享有"中国茉莉之乡"和"中国茶叶产业示范县"的美誉。茉莉花自唐代中后期从印度传入横州后,便在这片土地上生根发芽,逐渐成为当地民众生活的重要组成部分,甚至衍生出"茉莉仙子"的美丽民间传说,开启了横州茉莉花文化的璀璨篇章。
Hengzhou City, located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China, is renowned as the "Jasmine Capital of China" and a "National Tea Industry Demonstration County". Since its introduction from India during the mid-to-late Tang Dynasty, jasmine has taken root in Hengzhou, gradually becoming an integral part of local life and giving birth to the beautiful folk legend of the "Jasmine Fairy", marking the beginning of Hengzhou's jasmine culture.
横州市坚持"标准化、品牌化、国际化"的发展方向,大力发展全产业链,形成了横州茉莉花"1+9"产业集群,致力于打造世界茉莉花产业中心。目前,横州市茉莉花种植面积达13.1万亩,年产茉莉鲜花10.3万吨,茉莉鲜花产值35亿元,茉莉花茶加工8.1万吨,加工产值99亿元,带动相关产业总产值达162.9亿元。
Adhering to the development principles of "standardization, branding, and internationalization", Hengzhou has vigorously developed a complete industrial chain, forming a "1+9" jasmine industrial cluster, with the goal of establishing itself as the world's jasmine industry center. Currently, Hengzhou boasts 131,000 mu (about 8,733 hectares) of jasmine cultivation area, producing 103,000 tons of fresh jasmine flowers annually with a value of 3.5 billion yuan. The city processes 81,000 tons of jasmine tea with a processing value of 9.9 billion yuan, driving a total industrial output value of 16.29 billion yuan.

Demonstration Zones Leading High-Quality Industrial Development
横州市创建了国家现代农业产业园和国家有机产品认证示范区,建成全国最大茉莉花种植基地和茉莉花生产数字化试点基地。通过引进北京张一元、浙江华茗园等知名企业,横州市不断壮大"茉莉花+茶产业"链条,推动茉莉花茶窨制由传统工艺向机械化生产转型。
Hengzhou has established a National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park and a National Organic Product Certification Demonstration Zone, building the country's largest jasmine planting base and a digital pilot base for jasmine production. By introducing renowned enterprises such as Beijing Zhangyiyuan and Zhejiang Huamingyuan, Hengzhou continues to strengthen the "jasmine + tea industry" chain, promoting the transformation of jasmine tea scenting from traditional craftsmanship to mechanized production.

横州市积极发展茉莉花精深加工,现有18家茉莉花精油生产企业,开发茉莉花日化产品和食品类茉莉系列产品。同时,横州市以打造"闻香之旅"旅游品牌为主线,深化茉莉文旅IP,"中华茉莉园"已获评为国家4A级旅游景区。
Hengzhou actively develops deep processing of jasmine, with 18 jasmine essential oil production enterprises currently developing jasmine daily chemical products and food series. Meanwhile, focusing on creating the "Fragrance Journey" tourism brand, Hengzhou has deepened its jasmine cultural tourism IP, with the "China Jasmine Garden" being rated as a national 4A-level tourist attraction.
质量保障与品牌建设
Quality Assurance and Brand Building
横州市制定了17个茉莉花和茉莉花茶行业标准,建立了农产品质量溯源系统。2022年颁布实施的《南宁横州市茉莉花保护发展条例》为产业提供了法制保障。横州茉莉花和茉莉花茶先后获批国家地理标志保护产品,并成为"中欧100+100"地理标志互认互保产品。
Hengzhou has formulated 17 industry standards for jasmine and jasmine tea and established an agricultural product quality traceability system. The "Regulations on the Protection and Development of Jasmine in Hengzhou, Nanning", enacted in 2022, provides legal protection for the industry. Hengzhou jasmine and jasmine tea have successively been approved as national geographical indication protection products and became part of the "China-EU 100+100" geographical indication mutual recognition and protection program.

Innovative Brand Promotion
横州市成功承办5届世界茉莉花大会,并采用"卫星冠名+大数据应用+产业融合"的创新模式,成功发射了"横县•茉莉花号"遥感卫星,在新华社《中国名牌》上发布产业发展成果特刊,全方位提升品牌影响力。
Hengzhou has successfully hosted five World Jasmine Conferences and adopted an innovative model of "satellite naming + big data application + industrial integration", successfully launching the "Hengxian•Jasmine" remote sensing satellite. The city also published a special issue on industrial development achievements in Xinhua's "China Brand", comprehensively enhancing brand influence.
