We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our
team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning
modelsandalgorithmswhilecollaboratingacrossteamstointegrateAI-drivensolutionsinto
ourproductsorprocesses.Candidateswithexperienceworkingonsurveydataanalysisand
related applications will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Development:
○ Design, implement, andoptimizemachinelearningalgorithmsandpredictive
models for various business applications.
○ Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
2. Data Management:
○ Process, clean, and validate large datasets to prepare them for model
training.
○ Work with data engineers to ensure a robust data pipeline.
3. Deployment & Monitoring:
○ Deploy ML models in production environments, ensuring scalability and
performance.
○ Monitor models in production and implement retraining pipelines for
continuous improvement.
4. Collaboration:
○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists,software
engineers, and product managers, to align ML solutions with business goals.
○ Translate complex data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.
5. Research & Innovation:
○ Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI
technologies.
○ Experiment with new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve existing
processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
○ Bachelor’s or Master’sdegreeinComputerScience,DataScience,Machine
Learning, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in Python and SQLas core technical skills.
○ Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such asTensorFlow,PyTorch,
and Scikit-learn.
○ Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for ML model
deployment.
○ Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling
techniques.
3. Data Expertise:
○ Familiarity with survey data analysis and the unique challenges associated
with it is an added advantage.
○ Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
○ Experience with data preprocessing, ETL pipelines, and data visualization
tools.
4. Machine Learning Expertise:
○ Hands-on experience in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement
learning.
○ Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision
(CV) is a plus.
5. Soft Skills:
○ Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
○ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience:
● + years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar role.

● Familiarity with survey data-related work is a significant advantage.
● Experience with MLOps and version control systems like Git.
