Question

1. Most agile process models recommend face-to-face communication. Yet today,


members of a software team and their customers may be geographically separated
from one another. Do you think this implies that geographical separation is something
to avoid? Can you think of ways to overcome this problem?

2. Write an XP user story that describes the “favorite places” or “favorites” feature
available on most Web browsers.

Solution: for question 1 :

Most agile process models recommend face-‐to-‐face communication. Yet today,


members of a software team and their customers may be geographically
separated from one another in that case Communication is the key, the consumer
and developer should constantly be communicating even if they are
geographically separated, they can webtalk or talk over the phone every now and
then or write emails, use chatting as the, means or a medium of conference call
communication where 2 and more people can talk to each other at the same time.

Solution: for question 2 :

XP user favorite places and feature of Web browsers.

- Most of the XP users use the Internet exploser 7 for web browsing because that
browser has been redesigned with a new look and enhanced capabilities which
will make the XP user to do everyday tasks.

- This web browser have the new look and views which can helps the XP users
to make easy browsing.

- This web browser have the good controls like navigation bar which will
emphase the activities that users perform most online.

- This web browser have the ability to tab browsing that means we can open
multiple tabs to browse.

- This web browser have the extra feature called Quick Tabs which is designed
to navigate fast and easy.

- This web browser also have advance zooming feature we can zoom the brower
and we have the printing option.

- Whenever we need to print a page this browser have that option to print.

- This web browser also have dynamic security technologies and privacy
protection which enables the web security.
