That is only possible through a culture of support and mentorship and I've been blessed to work with so many incredible people. Sandy Padilla, CAM consistently inspires me - never failing to show up and support anyone who asks for her time with whatever they are facing. Amela Anderson and Kat (Smith) Winkleman, CAPS, CAM have been guiding lights from my very first day with Berger, leading from example and never shying away from challenge and pursuing improvement every day.

There are far too many to name each one of our amazing team members who inspire me every day…and that in itself says a lot. I love working for Berger because of our 30 fundamentals! Each fundamental is unique yet complementary to the others.
