Step 4: Program sorting the large boxes
- [Instructor] For the large boxes the same principle is applied. I'm going to use the light array sensors to determine the size of the box. For a large box, there are two options. The box is going to cut through the three sensors, pallet, low and high sensors, or all of the sensors including the very high sensor. So I'm going to add a rank here, and then I will add the options for the large sensor. So I have added the two options to activate the large box bit. The first one is when the three sensors are on or the second option where all sensors are on. So I can either add all the sensors, the pallet, low sensor, high sensor and very high sensor, or I choose to have only the pallet and the very high sensor to achieve the same output. Now, in order to keep the large box bit on I'm going to add a seal-in instruction. And finally, I'm going to add an XIC instruction and select the right entry sensor. So this instruction…
