    They may have centuries of history behind them, but Felsted School knew their site needed to match how families browse today: quickly, visually, and on their phones. A distinguished UK independent school and long-time Finalsite partner, Felsted had seen steady growth over the years. But as their content expanded, the site began to feel too big and difficult for families to navigate. “We felt the previous Felsted website had served us well, but we wanted to take it to the next level: future-proofing it for the next five years and beyond,” shared Felsted’s Marketing Manager, Amy Williams. Finalsite and Felsted redesigned the site with larger visuals, mobile-friendly CTAs, flexible navigation, and less text—built like a “virtual roundabout” to create a smooth experience for all visitors. ➤ Session time increased 5% year-over-year ➤ Bounce rate dropped by 4% ➤ Admissions and Open Mornings pages saw stronger traffic ➤ Parents say information is easier to find The redesign also gave Felsted a chance to refine their content workflows. Staff across departments now contribute updates that live in multiple places at once, improving accuracy and saving time!
