Task Assign to a Team (instead of person)

Generally when we start planning the deliverable, we are not sure on which person will handle the task but we know which team will handle it. eg: Procurument team or ReactJs team or QC Team.
It will be nice if we can assign the task to a team as overall . And during the execution of task someone from the team will be assigned to.
All team members can see the task assigned to the team and they can pick themselves.
