jQuery :last Selector

The jQuery :last Selector is used to select the last element of the specified type.

Syntax: 

$(":last")

Example 1: In this example, we will select the last <p> element by using jQuery :last Selector.

Example 2: In this example, we will change the background color of the last <p> element.

Note: Above code will select only the last <p> element of second div. To select the last <p> element of first div use :last-child selector.
