Springboard

Our Springboard class is designed for students for whom mainstream education has not worked. We believe in inclusive teaching and as such we provide the Learning, Employability and Progression (LEAP) qualification. The LEAP qualification has been custom made to suit our students and promote their professional and personal development. LEAP has been designed to empower the students to gain the skills and confidence to enter the work force. Many students go on to enrol on the many vocational qualifications we have to offer at East Surrey College, such as electrical installation and hair and beauty.
