Creates a workflow in DataStudio.

There is currently no authorization information disclosed in the API.

BusinessName	string	Yes	The name of the business process. The name of the business process in the same project must be unique.	My business process
Description	string	No	The description of the business process.	This is a business process created through an interface.
Owner	string	No	The Alibaba Cloud account ID of the owner of the business process. You can log on to the DataWorks console and hover over the user avatar on the right side of the top menu bar to view the account ID. If this parameter is empty, the caller's Alibaba Cloud account ID is used by default.	1000000000001
UseType	string	No	The module to which the workflow belongs. Valid values: NORMAL: The workflow belongs to auto triggered workflows. MANUAL_BIZ: The workflow belongs to manually triggered workflows.	NORMAL
