Drag the tables from the database schema on the left to the design panel on the right.
Add tables related to this one by clicking the link buttons next to the linking fields.
Specify the fields you want to see as a result of the query clicking on checkboxes in field lists.
In the Columns List table, set the column names, define the sorting and grouping of the data if necessary, and set the conditions in the Criteria column.
If you want to set a condition for a field that should not be displayed in the results, uncheck Visible checkbox for that field.
You can change the query text on the SQL Text tab, and then update the query diagram based on the changed text.
Load one of the predefined sample queries in the Queries tab.
