长沙7月15日电 - 湖南省政府新闻办今日召开新闻发布会，公布了2022年上半年外贸进出口数据。数据显示，湖南外贸呈现强劲增长态势，与全球227个国家和地区建立了贸易往来。
Changsha, July 15 (Xinhua) - The Hunan Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference today, releasing foreign trade import and export data for the first half of 2022. The data shows robust growth in Hunan's foreign trade, with business established with 227 countries and regions worldwide.

2022年上半年，湖南贸易伙伴遍布全球227个国家和地区（全国贸易伙伴为237个），与"一带一路"沿线64个国家以及RCEP协议14个成员国全部进行经贸往来。
In the first half of 2022, Hunan's trade partners spanned 227 countries and regions worldwide (China's total trade partners are 237). Economic and trade exchanges were conducted with all 64 countries along the "Belt and Road" and 14 RCEP member countries.

RCEP实施效果显著
Significant Effects of RCEP Implementation
自1月1日RCEP正式生效以来，湖南外贸促进效应快速显现。上半年，湖南省对RCEP协议其他14个成员国进出口1080.7亿元，增长36.2%。湖南4.7亿元进出口货物在RCEP中享惠，累计减让关税约680万元。
Since the official implementation of RCEP on January 1, the promotion effect on Hunan's foreign trade has quickly become apparent. In the first half of the year, Hunan's import and export with the other 14 RCEP member countries reached 108.07 billion yuan, an increase of 36.2%. Hunan enjoyed benefits for 470 million yuan worth of import and export goods under RCEP, with cumulative tariff reductions of approximately 6.8 million yuan.
中欧班列快速发展
Rapid Development of China-Europe Railway Express
1至6月，湖南省共发运中欧班列558列、4.5万箱次、36.8万吨，同比分别增长43.8%、41.3%、54.8%。长沙海关推动扩大"铁路进出境快速通关"试点范围，目前已覆盖到长沙、衡阳中欧班列站点。
From January to June, Hunan Province dispatched 558 China-Europe Railway Express trains, 45,000 containers, and 368,000 tons, up 43.8%, 41.3%, and 54.8% year-on-year respectively. Changsha Customs has promoted the expansion of the pilot scope of "rapid customs clearance for railway imports and exports", which has now covered the China-Europe Railway Express stations in Changsha and Hengyang.

省会龙头引领效应不断提升。上半年，长沙市进出口1645.1亿元，增长26%，占全省进出口总值的50.5%，对全省外贸增长贡献度达51.8%。此外有8个市州进出口规模超100亿元。
The leading effect of the provincial capital continues to improve. In the first half of the year, Changsha's import and export reached 164.51 billion yuan, up 26%, accounting for 50.5% of the province's total import and export value, contributing 51.8% to the province's foreign trade growth. In addition, 8 cities and prefectures had import and export scales exceeding 10 billion yuan.
