v3.1.1 breaks Enfold Theme Builder Configurations using Select Fields

On a fresh WordPress installation, installing the Enfold theme and v3.1.1 of this plugin alone, it breaks various configuration options on the Theme’s options configuration settings as well as various builder block configurations that use the <select> form tag for selecting from a list of existing pages that exist on the site.

Rolling back to v2.3.6 has fixed the issue.
