In the early morning at Fenghua tea gardens, farmers are carefully spreading freshly picked tea leaves on bamboo mats, allowing them to wither naturally under gentle sunlight. Through traditional processes including sun-drying, withering, and roasting, these fresh leaves gradually transform, releasing their distinctive aroma, marking a historic moment for Fenghua - the first shipment of 9.6 tons of white tea is ready for export to Malaysia.

Under the professional guidance of Fenghua Customs (subordinate to Ningbo Customs), this batch of tea successfully completed all procedures from factory registration to export declaration. "This is our first overseas order," said Manager Fang of Ningbo Fenxing Tea Co., Ltd. "The customs guidance not only streamlined export procedures but also helped us standardize production processes and improve tea quality, which is crucial for exploring international markets."

To ensure export tea quality, Fenghua Customs implemented strict supervision measures: conducting special tests for pesticide residues and heavy metals, providing on-site guidance at production facilities, and helping enterprises establish quality management systems meeting Malaysian import requirements. These measures not only ensured food safety but also earned international recognition for Fenghua tea.
奉化海关表示，茶叶出口将成为当地农产品出口的新增长点，为茶农带来稳定收入，促进山区农村产业发展。未来将持续深化"放管服"改革，帮助企业充分利用RCEP等自贸协定优惠政策，提升通关便利化水平，让更多企业搭乘"一带一路"东风走向世界。
