As the Spring Festival approaches, pet owners with travel plans are making arrangements for their "fur babies". Some choose pet boarding, others opt for pet transportation services, while those with means prefer leaving their pets at home.
"Transportation is too troublesome, and I'm worried they won't adapt to new environments," Huohuo, a Ragdoll cat owner, told 21CBR. "Our smart litter box can automatically clean and be controlled remotely; the smart feeder provides scheduled meals and works even during power outages."

Founder Gong Yuan previously ran a 500-employee garment OEM business, while co-founder Gao Hu came from a listed media company. They established XiaoYi recognizing the rise of the "pet economy".
Key Data:
400% | 400% annual sales growth
Dozens of automated production lines
Products include feeders, smart water fountains

Reaching top-tier in smart pet products requires economies of scale from large orders. Most single factories avoid small-quantity projects. "This is XiaoYi's opportunity," Gao explains.
